Shipment processing time
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Vermont. Depending on the volume of orders we have, it may take up to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Our default shipping carrier in the US is FedEx and USPS for post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
If you wish to know how long a package will take to be delivered by FedEX, please use the FedEx transit map on their website (Fedex) for the estimate. Our warehouse Zip code is 05454 in Vermont.
If you’re in a hurry to receive your Laundromat products, express shipping is available upon request. Please email us immediately after placing your order and we will try to accommodate you. Please note that express shipping will incur additional costs.
We do not ship currently ship internationally but if you wish to ship to Canada, you may place the order on our Canadian website www.laundromatstuff.ca which will ship from our Canadian warehouse.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
We guarantee our products against faulty materials (zippers and sewing) or workmanship for the entire practical lifetime of our products. We will either repair or replace all products that are shown to be faulty, provided that:
- We have been contacted in advance, and have issued a Return Authorization Number for the faulty product;
- The product has not been handled negligently or used otherwise than in accordance with its recommended use;
- For products purchased from a retailer: Within 60 days of purchase, bring it back to the store from which it was bought with a dated proof of purchase. After the 60-day period, please contact us directly.
Remember, the lifetime of a product doesn’t necessarily mean your lifetime! Wear and tear and a breakdown of fibers happens naturally over time and should come into consideration. An item worn every day for an extensive period of time may reach a natural end—and that’s OK! Other items you might only wear from time to time will still be in great condition decades later.
As part of our commitment to social and environmental responsibility, we want to ensure that your Laundromat garments last. If for some reason you feel your item does not fulfill your expectations, please reach out to us.
To return an item purchased from our online store for either a refund or an exchange, please contact our customer service department by email, mentioning your order number and the reason for the return.
All items returned to Laundromat need to have a return authorization number (RA). An RA form will be sent to you by email by our customer service department along with instructions.
Items may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in the original new condition.
Customers are responsible for shipping items to Laundromat. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, but we will ship your exchange order at our expense. In the event that the return is for a defective item, Laundromat will pay the freight both ways.
Please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for its delivery.
Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Laundromat will provide a full refund for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs) in the same form as the original payment.
Refunds may take between 15-20 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.
